Week 6 Day 1 2019-05-27 55 45 55 35 30 55 - did them, but needed long breaks between some. Final set stopped at 45 then slowly did the rest.
Week 5 Day 3 2019-05-24 50 Didn’t do the plan. Not sure why. Did 50, 50 and 40 with sizable breaks between.
