Week 6 Day 3 2019-03-15 60 Well, we’re at the end...final test and 100 push-ups is all that’s left. I feel confident I’ll do it, though just not sure how deep into the hole I’ll have to go. I think I’ll rip off 80, take a quick breathe then start to power through to the end.
Week 6 Day 2 2019-03-12 58 Max was HARD!!! 2 1/2 minutes rest before max set
Week 6 Day 1 2019-03-08 55 Tough though got it done. Max of 55 was hard...gave myself a 3 minute rest before I attempted.
Week 5 Day 3 2019-03-02 51 45 seconds btwn sets, 3 minutes before max. Left pec is starting to bother on high reps.

Week 4 Day 3 2019-02-16 42 Tough max...reps before took it out of me...may have been tired. On to Week 5!!!
Week 4 Day 2 2019-02-15 51 Done. Kept to 90 seconds btwn sets. Hard workout next time. Interested to see what my max is now...probably >60...maybe 65.
Week 4 Day 1 2019-02-13 32 Only 60 seconds rest btwn sets including max set. Max set was hard, several breaks, never on knees though.

70 2019-02-18 Felt good despite not feeling great that day. Ripped off 60 then powered thru the last 10.
51 2019-01-31 Not bad for a first test...only 49 to add!!!
