Week 4 Day 3 2019-02-16 42 Tough max...reps before took it out of me...may have been tired. On to Week 5!!!
Week 4 Day 2 2019-02-15 51 Done. Kept to 90 seconds btwn sets. Hard workout next time. Interested to see what my max is now...probably >60...maybe 65.
Week 4 Day 1 2019-02-13 32 Only 60 seconds rest btwn sets including max set. Max set was hard, several breaks, never on knees though.
